Hi, I’m Jon, an Anchorage-made Berliner. ☃️
I’m a designer-founder who’s launched products, built a company, and run the operational backbones that help startups grow. Over the past 7 years, I’ve worked across publishing, sextech, and homewares - often wearing product, ops, and strategy hats all at once.
I’m especially drawn to consumer products that push boundaries with shame-busting, future-friendly solutions to juicy problems. Think sex education without stigma, card games that display their CO₂e footprintm, and the operational systems that make them all work.
I built Polar Embassy, a cheeky, supply-chain-transparent publishing house with products in 100+ retailers in the EU & US.
I’m now looking to join a mission-driven executive team as a Chief of Staff to help founders focus, unblock teams, and scale the systems behind the scenes.
